Support Group
Recovering from an eating disorder is challenging, but very doable and essential for your well-being. Seeking help and support from others can help you sort through the underlying issues causing your eating disorder and help you to learn new, healthier ways of coping. Support is available if you have an eating disorder or if you are a family member, friend or partner of someone with an eating disorder. Our support groups are free and run by licensed therapists and/or nutritionists. They are meant to provide education, information, and a non-judgmental safe haven for those struggling. Please note, however, that our support groups are NOT meant to take the place of individual or group therapy. We highly encourage all of our support group participants to pursue therapy in addition to participating in our groups. To view or download our Group Guidelines, please click here.
